چکیده

Photo-microbes are well known to demolish rice and fruits, as farmers use chemical pesticides overcome agricultural problems economic damage. The of in agriculture fails protect crops lower concentrations increases the intake chemicals that cause many human ailments. sophisticated nanotechnology approach used for antimicrobial activities offers several advantages growth improves nutrient absorption plants. We report green synthesis silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using Azadirachta indica (A. indica) Mangifera (M. tree leaf extract contains antioxidants treat numerous diseases. AgNPs tested against three plant pathogens, fungi Alternaria alternata alternata), Sclerotium rolfsii rolfsii), bacteria Xanthomonas oryzae (X. oryzae), which leads problems. experiment was performed with different μL/mL prepared two other plants during summer. results expose importance synthesizing their efficacy microbes. A comparison among (4 μL/mL, 6 10 μL/mL) (tomato disease) (rice blight disease). A-AgNPs indica-AgNPs) demonstrate a greater zone inhibition than M-AgNPs indica-AgNPs), further highlighting dependence Under vitro conditions, antifungal activity showed zones 21 mm A. 17 rolfsii, while antibacterial X. 15 at mg/mL A-AgNPs, less M-AgNPs. For AgNPs, characterized bya more significant area was. current study indicates exhibitsuperior toxicity microbes may be able manage diseases tomato, increase growth.

Photochemical decolorization of Methyl Violet dye using Azadirachta indica (Neem) mediated synthesized silver nanoparticles

Manufacturing and use of synthetic dyes for fabric dyeing has become a massive industry. However their toxic nature has become a cause of concern. The dye industries release high content color effluents that are toxic and resistant to degradation by conventional methods. Accumulation of these dyes in water causes eutrophication reduces reoxygenation capacity and damage to the aquatic organisms ...

Antimicrobial activity of Silver Nanoparticles synthesized by using Medicinal Plants

Biologically synthesized silver nanoparticles (SNPs) are being widely using in the field of medicine. Extracellular biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles was carried out by using medicinal plant extracts for the reduction of aqueous silver ions in short period. The silver nanoparticles formation was confirmed by the colour change of plant extracts (SNPs) and further confirmed with the help of UV...
